Onsite Inspection / Sweep Choose this option if you are requesting an onsite inspection or chimney sweep within our service area (Plumas, Sierra, and Lassen Counties). Sending details and photos helps us confirm whether your system is serviceable, the size of the job, and whether additional staffing or another professional (roofer, contractor, installer) may be better suited. Virtual Inspection Choose this option if you are scheduling a virtual chimney or appliance inspection. This form allows you to upload photos and describe your system so we can review visible conditions, discuss safety and burning practices, and determine whether a virtual session is appropriate or if an onsite NFPA-211 inspection is recommended.
