In-person chimney sweeping and inspection services serving Plumas, Sierra, and Lassen Counties.
Each visit includes both professional cleaning of the system and a detailed evaluation of its condition, performance, and installation quality.
Sweeping is performed using modern chimney service equipment to remove creosote and buildup, supporting proper draft and system function. Inspections are performed with reference to NFPA 211 and applicable building standards.
When appropriate, tools such as the Chim-Scan internal camera system may be used to examine flue areas not visible during a standard inspection.
Best suited for annual maintenance, real estate transactions, full system evaluations, and situations where conditions cannot be fully understood through photos alone.
